The San Diego Tour de H2O will take place on May 22, 2010 and will be supported as a charity ride option of the San Diego Century Bicycle Tour.  Riders will ride 37 miles simultaneously and on the same route as the SDC Del Dios (Blue) Ride.

The 37 mile loop travels through Olivenhain, La Costa, Elfin Forest, Del Dios highway around Lake Hodges, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach and back up the coast to MiraCosta College. SAG at 16 miles and at the FINISH. This ride is doable for most cyclists and very scenic.

How will this work?  You will need to register through us and meet your minimum fundraising amount ($100 per individual, $150 per couple).  Once you arrive at the event on May 22, you will look for the Tour de H2O sign-in booth, and then you will be directed to join others who will be riding in the Tour de H2O as well as those riding the San Diego Century "Blue" Bicycle Tour. At the end of your ride you will be invited to attend the SDC finish party and have a chance to meet and chat with other volunteers and supporters of the Tour de H2O.

There is no registration fee for the Tour de H2O.  However, each rider must meet their minimum fundraising goal.  For an individual rider, this is $100.  If two riders are part of the same household, their joint minimum is $150.
